2.2 Products are made according to the specifications provided by the customer, including design choices, color schemes, and logos.
2.3 All products and services are intended for motorsport applications and are delivered with a focus on quality and durability.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Orders can be placed via our website. After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email.
3.2 All prices are listed in the local currency and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the website, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
3.4 Payments must be fully completed before the production of the order.

4. Designs and Production
4.1 After receiving your order, we will send a digital design for approval. The design will only proceed to production once you have approved it.
4.2 PMX Squad reserves the right to refuse to create designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any other legal restrictions.
4.3 Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project. The estimated lead time will be shared with you before production begins.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 PMX Squad strives to ship orders within the stated lead time. Estimated delivery times are clearly stated on the product page or in the quote.
5.2 Shipping costs are specified during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination and the size of the order.
5.3 PMX Squad is not responsible for delays that occur after the shipment has been sent, such as delays by the shipping carriers.
6. Installation
6.1 We offer installation services for the graphic kits, provided this is agreed upon in advance. Please contact us for more information regarding installation services.
6.2 If you choose to install the graphics yourself, detailed instructions will be included with your order.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1 Since our products are made to order, orders cannot be returned or cancelled unless the product is defective or does not match the approved design specifications.
7.2 If there is an issue with the quality or delivery of your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to find a solution.
7.3 In the case of damaged or defective products, we offer free replacements or repairs, depending on the case.
8. Warranty
